Shut-Off Devices
Multileaf dampers are primarily used in ventilation systems for volume flow and pressure control.
In addition, the JZ-L and JZD-G type satisfied the closed blade leakage requirements specified in DIN 1946 (leakage < 10 m³/h · m² of damper cross-section with a 100 Pa pressure differential).
The aerofoil section blades are coupled by external linkage, which can provide either parallel or opposed blade operation, or in the case of JZ-G and JZD-G type, opposed blade action only, via gears.
The damper of the JNE type is entirely constructed from stainless steel and is suitable for applications where a high level of corrosion resistance is required.
The damper has to be installed with horizontal blades.
